How to participate

1.Contact The Reserve (Asia) call center to complete reservation and payment at Tel. 02-491-8788, Monday - Sunday from 08:00 - 18:00.

2.Receive confirmation letter

3.Presents your membership card (OR passport) together with confirmation email at the service point to avail themselves of the privileges.

Terms and conditions:

  • The price displayed includes all expenses related to the service, including fuel, mineral water, cooling towels, the driver's fee, and first-class PA insurance coverage of up to THB 250,000.
  • If the service exceeds the scheduled time more than 15 mins, an additional service fee of 10,000 baht per hour will be applied.
  • Advance booking of 7 days is required.
  • Advance payment of 3 days prior to the scheduled date is required.
  • Maximum number of passengers, 5 persons (including children).
  • Children under the age of 5 are not allowed on board.
  • Services are within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Ayutthaya.
  • Service times are as follow:

    1.Bangkok: 08:00 - 20:00

    2.Nonthaburi / Pathumthani: 08:00 - 18:00

    3.Ayutthaya: 08:00 - 16:00

    4.Sunset Cruise: service hours is from 17:00 - 21:00

  • Passenger-related damages: In the event of damages caused by passengers during the service, the company will charge for damages as deemed appropriate.
  • The details and conditions of the above service are subject to the terms and conditions set by the service provider and must be accepted when using the service.
  • Booking period: 1 October 2023 - 31 December 2023
  • Valid (usage) period: 1 October 2023 - 31 January 2023
  • Subject to availability (10 availability per month).
  • All prices are included VAT 7%
