How to participate

Online reservation

1.Contact The Reserve (Asia) call center to complete reservation and payment at Tel. 02-491-8788, Monday - Sunday from 08:00 - 18:00.

2.Receive promotional code for ticket redemption via confirmation letter

3.Use your promotional code to redeem your tickets at Major Cineplex box office or ticket kiosk

Terms and conditions:

  • Not valid for selected cinema systems:IMAX, 4DX, and ScreenX.
  • Member will receive a promotion code upon the completion of reservation. Promotion
    code will be used for ticket redemption.
  • Promotion code can redeem tickets at Kiosk (E-Ticket) or box office ticket counters at all branches of Major Cineplex as per ticket type specified above.
  • 1 promotion code can redeem 2 seats. 2 seats must be used at the same cinema, date and time.
  • Promotion code valid until the specified date provided in confirmation letter after the reservation process is complete.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with discounts or other promotional activities.
  • Non-exchangeable for cash.
  • The company reserves the right to withhold usage in special cases without prior notice.
  • Prohibited from buying and selling, NOT FOR SALE.
